Thinking that my job would do what needed to be done to help with my process, turned out not to be true.Hired a lawyer found out he wasn't on my side. I found Klezmer Maudlin PC and from that day, fourth I never had to fight for myself again,they handle, everything for me. Randy and Shawn got stuff done in a very professional way. I ended up having surgery and they were with me every step of the way. Oh believe I had sum issues but it wasn't nothing the team couldn't handle. I broke my leg on the job. After 3 weeks of getting the run around from the WC insurance company about me getting my pay and reimbursement for needed medical supplies, I decided to get an Attorney to help me. After a little research, I decided on Klezmer/Mauldlin. I’m so glad I did. After speaking with Randy Klezmer and telling him about what problems I was experiencing, he reassured me that he will take care of everything. Together, Randy and Shawn got everything going quickly. My weekly pay and expenses were taken care of and I was able to focus on my health. No matter what my issues were, I could call Shawn and know that she would get to the bottom of them immediately. There were even a couple of times when she would even let me vent about my frustrations that were out of anyone’s control. (Thank you Shawn). After 3 surgeries on my leg and about 5 months of PT (a long year and a half), I finally got to Maximum Medical Improvement. For some reason my excellent surgeon gave me an unexcellent impairment rating. Randy and I decided that was unacceptable and we should challenge it. He got me to the people (Doctor) who are trained and knowledgeable about how the workman’s comp game is done. He got my impairment rating raised to the proper level and my financial settlement increased to an acceptable level. Thank you to Randy and his incredible team for looking out for me during a very stressful and difficult time in my life.

I was injured in 3/2022 I believed that my employer's work comp company would take care of me. Well, I got my bluff called. A respected acquaintance told me that she knew a couple of people who had used this law firm and provided me with contact information. I made the call, talked to Brandon and things got started quickly. It has been a crazy trip, but Brandon and Carly have been right with me from the day I contacted them. I wanted my back fixed and some form of my life back. I lost the entire summer last year and I was angry, Brandon spent time calming my fears, assuring me it would work out and that patience was necessary. Then in early December the call I never expected came. Brandon called and advised not only was I getting my surgery to fix my back, but the doctor Work Comp had previously fired was back on board. I am a month post op and each day I make progress. The recovery will not be short but I can already tell I will have an acceptable form of life back. I won't be able to bend or twist after the fusions but I will not be in severe pain and as my 10 yr old says "you are not a grouchy grouch anymore," Each step of returning to a life without constant pain is a huge emotional up for me and without Brandon and Carly I would not have that. I can call the office or email with a question or an update and I get timely response and guidance. Since acquiring their services I have relaxed and trusted them to guide me and I not longer have to deal with people treating me disrespectfully, Brandon and Carly deal with them and I can focus on getting better. IF you want fair and timely representation this firm is #1 in my opinion.

I called so many places around and had no luck with my workers comp case. I finally tried Klezmer Maudlin as my last shot and Brandon Milster and his assistant Carly Cunningham were just simply amazing!
