July 8th, 2022 I was injured by falling on a wet floor at my place of employment. I injured my right shoulder severely, had a concussion and I was put on a Workmans Comp. I haven’t been able to work since that date. For the first 2 months it was a horrible experience. I had never dealt with workmans comp before so I didnt know what to do. Workmans comp kept bouncing me around from place to place, not paying me what they should of been paying me, delaying my treatment and so forth. I became severely depressed, I had lost hope, lost myself, I cried just about every day and felt the weight of the world on my shoulders! I was referred to Randy Klezmer by a family friend and I couldn’t be more grateful that I was. Since becoming a client of Randy’s everything has turned around drastically for the better in my case. Instantly I felt so welcomed by Randy and his team, Shawn along with Jennifer! They immediately started working on my case and making things happen. Not only did they listen to me but they actually heard me! My medical appointments started happening a lot faster, I wasn’t switched to another surgeon again, I was Informed that not only would I be getting paid for my mileage but also a large amount of back pay from where Workmans Comp failed to pay me the correct amount weekly that I was entitled to. Randy, Jennifer and Shawn have also constantly stayed in contact with me. I’ve never had an issue with getting ahold of them. Whether I call them or email them one of them always answers me. Regardless of any questions I may have they answer them for me with no hesitation. Not only do they communicate well with me but they also speak to me very friendly and always make me feel at ease. I no longer feel the weight of the world on my shoulders because Randy, Jennifer and Shawn took it upon themselves to carry that burden of weight onto themselves. It’s one thing to have someone help you but it’s a completely different thing to have a team help you that genuinely care. I feel like I have gained a family within them. Thank you Randy, Shawn and Jennifer for your outpouring of kindness and your hard work and dedication to me. Because of you all I am now scheduled for surgery on October 25th and it’s only because of you all that it finally got scheduled. I know a lot of people see an injury just a physical injury but I assure you it’s much more. Being injured physically also injures you psychologically due to the pain and the trauma. It also injures you spiritually and emotionally. Having Randy Klezmer and his wonderful team, Shawn and Jennifer will heal you of those injuries while they are walking with you through the process so you never have to be alone through it all. If you or anyone you know is injured at work please get ahold of Randy Klezmer and his team, Shawn and Jennifer. You won’t regret it. Before they came into my life I was completely broken down over this injury however, they came in and saved me. Forever I will always be grateful for these exceptional individuals.

I really feel If your having a workers comp case I feel you should call randy and Shawn cause if it wasn't for them I would of lost everything I have and I wouldn't be where I am today I want to thank you randy and your staff so much for all you have done on my case so far!!!!!!!!
