Randy is an awesome attorney that has great communication either on the phone or email. He will let you know what you can or can't do per Indiana guidelines of Work Comp. The process is explained as it goes along, that always good so you don't feel your being left in the wind. He does all the work for you to ensure you get the most compensation for your on the job injury. I was happy with the results of my settlement.

After Workman's Comp said I was Medically released I was having a terrible time with My right foot, it was swollen,stiff and very painful. I walked with a cane to help but the pain was terrible. I contacted Mr Klezmer on advice from another Lawyer and My Son-in -Law. Mr Klezmer had represented My Son-in-Law Scott some years ago,, after a meeting with Mr Klezmer, a short time later Workman's Comp called and had set a meeting with a Foot/Ankle Specialist at Central Indiana Orthopedics in Muncie In. A few days later He performed Surgery (the third surgery) and after a cast and some rehab I couldn't believe the difference in My Ankle. I still have some disability but it is okay, no cane,a little limp But okay. I received a small disability payment but the most important thing was getting My right ankle fixed were I can play golf and walk for exercise. Thanks Randy for Your help.

Very happy with the way Mr Klezmer and his associates treated me and handled my case. It was an injury that happened at work. They tried to put me back to full duty to soon and broke my restrictions. In part it caused other injuries. They it me off on short term disability.
