Not impressed at all we don't feel like the attorney worked hard enough for us please do your research on your attorneys before you hire one this one was referred to us and we wish we had not went with him.

So hard to put in a few words I was pretty badly hurt in a workplace accident and unfortunately having trouble getting medical care,compensation and eventually out of a job all together because my injuries prevented me from being able to do my former job.I was alone,hurt,scared and in a mental state I had never been in before because it was out of my control.The team at Klezmer Maudlin let me know I wasn't alone,made sure I got my medical needs taken care of and got me more than I could have imagined. I have no doubt without them I would have been taken advantage of further.From the moment I made the first call till getting the final settlement they were there for me.Thanks isn't even enough.

I'm giving five stars for Randy and Shawn. They've been really great handling my case, and I'm extremely grateful for their dedication and expertise. I'd have been lost without them. Thanks also to the rest of the wonderful people at Klezmer Maudlin, you guys are amazing! ❤️

Randy and his crew have been amazing so far. Workmans comp was fighting me and after what seemed like a endless battle. Randy got my back pay and medical care approved. These guys definitely put the time and effort to get you what you deserve.

Klezmer Maudlin and Jessi are amazing! They have helped me so much with my workmans comp claim. They took the worry out of it, if I had an issue all it took was one call and they took care of my issue immediately.

Wow, where to start!? Simply put... I miss my husband, Paul, more than words can say! • He was injured at work on 12/25/20 & again on 12/28/20, which caused a blood clot from his ankle to mid-calf. (Over 6" and left untreated). HE PASSED AWAY FROM BILATERAL PULMONARY EMBOLI on 1/25/2021... Almost 30 days to the date of initial (or exacerbated injury). 💔😭😭😭 Also... • If you have minor to major injuries, give it a try... Surely, it can't hurt if you've been denied?? • If you have a death case, GOOD F'ING LUCK getting anybody to take your case seriously! • Work-comp attorneys, work-comp defense attorneys, work-comp case workers and the doctors employed by the businesses are 1 big click, and you're not allowed in it! • If you're fighting to get your DEATH benefits with an attorney b/c you've been denied, strap in for a LOOOOONG ride, because you're going nowhere quick considering they seem to overwhelm themselves by accepting too many damned cases at the same time, so the more in depth your case is the longer it takes, and those that they can "settle" quicker seem to take priority. • The 1st attorney had Paul's case for over a year and had done NOTHING! The 2nd took his case as soon as he found out that I had paid for a forensic autopsy myself, but when I met with him 1 month before trial he minced no words about how he wasn't familiar with Paul's case, so he wanted off the case OR I could take a inconvenient "convenience settlement." (Mind you, this is well after the 2 yr work-comp procedure by now!) So, that's when I reached out to Brandon and he also immediately took the case & said he was willing to go to trial. • I gave Brandon 3 years of pictures, videos, recordings FROM THE DOCTORS, texts, info from insurance, case laws, multiple medical reviews, forensic autopsy reports and every bit of my trust in approx April/March of 2024 with another trial date quickly approaching. I wasn't upset that he needed to file a continuance to get familiar with the case, even though my husband's case had been continued 20+ times at this point. We had a short meeting and I left thinking we would meet again. •In late August of 2024 I was ROCKED to hear that Brandon hadn't gone over everything I had given him, but furious that defense hadn't even started the discovery process because Brandon hadn't given anything to him! However, they put a $hit offer up. • In September, Brandon still hadn't given defense anything, so against my better judgment I took the damned offer to "get some closure" as I was so eloquently advised that I needed.... And now I'm absolutely FURIOUS that I lost my husband and he didn't get his day in court. •GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY, I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD *NOT* HAVE ACCEPTED THIS "get you some closure" b.s. settlement, because the reality is MY HUSBAND DESERVED HIS DAY IN COURT WITH SOMEONE WILLING TO WORK AS HARD FOR HIS LIFE AS I HAD GATHERING ALL OF THE INFO! I was injured on the job right before christmas. The employer tried to stick me with $20k in medical debt along with time off due to surgery with no pay for 9 weeks. I am very thankful that i called Randy. I felt helpless and royaly abused by the company I worked for. If not for that one phone call id be in sooooo much trouble right now. These guys were quick to respond to my emials. They were able to get ahold of medical information i was unable to even locate. They thoroughly explained every step and gave me my options. I cant say thank you enough Randy. Very thankful someone stood up for me to the evil workman insurance company.

Before contacting Klezmer and Maudlin I had a lot of stress dealing with the insurance giants, since Randy and Shawn took over, my stress level has dropped so much to where I can focus on recovery on the bad accident I was in!
