I contacted Karl Truman Law Office requesting assistance with my Veteran Affairs (VA) claim. Michele took the time to walk me through the process over the phone as well as in an email. Although I should have made an appointment to meet and have her assist me with the paperwork, she was very accommodating since I was in the area that day. Michele took the time to update me via email as soon as she received updates. She also noticed that she hadn't received an update in what she considered a reasonable amount of time so she contacted the VA on my behalf to check on the status.
