Potential failure to aggressively advocate for client's best interests

“She did the opposite.. he wasn't made to provide any of his financial papers..he didn't do one thing he was court ordered to do. if she would have at least tired I wouldn't be upset.. she let the opposing lawyer ask very detailed questions..but my lawyer (Jennifer) didn't even make sure the questions she asked him..was answered.”

Lack of follow-through and attention to detail

“she still hasn't produced a copy of my file...she didn't subpoena his job for pension records or the other places he had assets.. I provided her with all the account numbers etc.. we was court ordered not to move any of our assets but he did anyway.. I let her know every time he did and still nothing was done to protect me from losing my half.”
