A citizen from Starke county was arrested for exercising his constitutional right of free speech on his own property, was arrested, and had to spend 48 hours in jail for the crime of refusing to surrender his God given, constitutionally protected freedom to speak. The tyrannical deputy in question committed multiple crimes against the victimized citizen, county of Starke (who's his next victim?), and state of Indiana. Has he been arrested,/charged? Did the sheriff department investigate itself and find no policy violation? Did the county prosecutor sign off on it? Don't let your local government get away with this atrocity!
