Worst attorney in this town

He was my attorney for my divorce... never got me ANYTHING. No property settlement, child support modification after the divorce. My ex was in contempt so many times...& he did NOTHING. He is definitely for the guy 😡

HORRIBLE attorney. Every continuance he charged me another $1000.00. I was on sick leave. He asked for "reasonable" attorney fees be paid by my ex, "Reasonable" ended up being $1700.00. But he charged me $8,000.00. No kids or property, involved. He is the worst.

Hard to get anyone to call you back. Hurry up and wait.

Hard to get anyone to answer the phone

Had a receipt for fixed amount to do case. Paid extra just to be sure. Now he states case is per child, not case. Something stinks. He barely did anything against DCS. Now all of a sudden when all done and final receipt given, sent to them amount owed back and now it changes- first he tried to say the amount paid wasn’t. Emailed the receipt to them . Oops, well we are going charge more now so we don’t have to reimburse you..... don’t go to this guy unless you really stay on them and still beware!

Great Lawyer! Tells it like it is!

I needed a lawyer for a support adjustment case. Went to him because of a reference and let me tell you it was a mistake. After paying the retainer and talking with him he said " it won't be an issue to resolve this with the 5 hours I paid for" then he immediately asks for a change of judge and now my court is I'm Fulton country. He used the entire 5 hours, mostly on preparing an appearances in court which we never made it to before he asked for another $1,000. I refused and asked for my file in which contained ZERO evidence of a prepared appearance for court. Absolutely do not recommend for anyone to hire this firm.

I had him as a public defender faxed him paperwork about an injury that I received January 2018 Missed Court and had an FTA he assured me if I turned myself and that I would be OK and be out that next Wednesday he told me all the paperwork that I faxed He would use for my court case Well he didn’t do none of that Didn’t even look me in my eyes and talk to me in the court room One of the most disrespectful experiences in my life so after three weeks in jail I hired an attorney and faxed her the same paperwork that I faxed him and she got my warrant Rescinded and told me that Mark should’ve and could’ve did the same thing if he actually took the time to review my case like your attorney is supposed to do that’s why I’m giving them one star because I have a baby due in another month and he tried to keep me in jail and the reason I say he triedTo keep me in jail is because he didn’t try to keep me out of it If anybody reads this and he is your court appointed attorney I suggest hiring one because he’s going to do as little as possible to help you out in my opinion
