Kirk is an excellent attorney. A former prosecutor who knew how poorly the office was run back in the Jerry Bean days and stood up for me when nobody else would. Over the last 20 years I have needed his services a few times and he has always represented me in a professional and courteous way. He defends you, but does not judge you! His fees are reasonable and fair. You cannot go wrong with Kirk as your attorney.
