Attorney Dekker is Proffesional and very good person.

Best lawyer now going to be a great judge

Tom O’Brien is by far the most partial, judgmental, unprofessional, rude attorney I’ve ever encountered. His “consultation” was him being accusatory and asking questions like “why haven’t you done this sooner,” as if everyone can financially afford to sue someone on a regular basis. He did not come into the conversation willing to listen or answer questions, but with a clear personal bias regarding our case. He was rude, dismissive, and sounded mad from the beginning of the call to the end. When I posed a question, he answered with an accusation. It would have been great to have had my questions answered on what we can do going forward. I would like to have been able to explain our situation without accusations and personal judgments being spit at us. Worst experience I’ve ever had with the legal system and hope to hire someone in his area that is more professional and willing to tell us what is possible instead of being accusatory. He sounds like a guy who would ask a sexual assault victim, “well, what were YOU wearing?” Don’t recommend this guy.
