Took my money, 3 mo. Later and 2 continuance later. He had done no work On my case. Fired him the day b4 court. His office is short staffed,and over worked. Not a good value 4 the $.

Total waist of time and money. Paid him 1500 for a DUI and he postponed it for a year then withdrew as my lawyer. The coward never even showed up to a court date. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have hired this law firm 2.5 years ago to still not have my case resolved he refuses to call email or have contact with me at all he misrepresented me the first go round then tried the case the second time only to not do his job properly yet again waste of time money and space this man and his law firm is I am fileing complaint with the state and I am fileing suit for my many back

February of 2020 I paid $2500 retainer fee to an attorney at the office for a simple modification of child visitation. I called the office every few months for an update and kept being told they were backed up. September 2020 I called the courthouse and was informed that they have no record of anything being filed. I called the office and spoke to the paralegal who informed me that the lawyer I retained was fired and they have no record of me paying. Thankfully I kept my receipt and she went ahead and processed the paperwork and gave my case to Earl. I called again in November for an updated on the promised court date for last month. I was told that the paralegal I’ve been dealing with was no longer employed there. I finally received a court date for end of that month. Earl showed up for court and informed me that the paperwork was filed incorrectly on his staffs behalf and that we will have to reschedule! Rescheduled court date was in January of 2021. Earl was in an accident and didn’t make it to court. We had a scheduled phone meeting to go over our next step and he never called. When I called the office to speak to him I was told he was too busy and would call me back. He never did. FINALLY got a mediation and was emailed the morning of that there was a scheduling conflict and Earl will not be be attending!! I have since called back because the paperwork sent to the courts have not been done and they refuse to call me back. The receptionist always tells me no one is in and he’ll personally call me back. It has been two weeks! This is the most unprofessional law office and biggest waste of money! This law firm does not even deserve one star!

Earl McCoy was the attorney for my friends case I w Unfortunately was the one who recommended him and went with her to her first meeting. He seemed very forward and up front about the situation. I informed her that i would hire him. She did, since then was a living nightmare, he wouldn't reach out what so ever and wouldn't respond to the numerous phone calls or emails her and I both sent him. My friend also in these long months of having no idea was going on with her case due to her (already paid lawyer) had to do digging of her own and found she had a plea deal that Earl never informed her of. She then found a new lawyer, which her new lawyer had issues getting any information of her case and has reached out to her more in a week than Earl did for month. Definitely a pathetic excuse of a lawyer in my opinion I wouldn't pay him a dollar let alone any time.

Earl and his staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to the law and did a great service for a great price for my client and myself. I would definitely recommend Earl for anyone in need of legal aid or counsel.

Highly not recommended lazy and doesn't like returning phone calls....do yourself a favor and get a reputable attorney or just stick with the public defender...definitely not a attorney worth paying for
