Not very friendly

The law firm of Withered Burns, LLP, handled an auto accident case for me. My car was totaled by a driver whose attention was diverted from driving to checking his cell phone. Attorney Patrick Jones handled my claim, along with Gretchen Lone, paralegal. They carefully explained the process to me and kept me informed as the case moved through the system. We did as much as possible by phone because COVID 19 was running wild and I appreciated their efforts to keep all of us safe. The settlement--in our favor!--was dispersed just as they had outlined and I was pleased sith the outcome. A man I trust and respect said he believed in the fairness and honesty of Mr Withered and his associates, that any interaction he ever had with them was very positive. I agree completely!

I gave 5 stars and highly recommend. These guys will work so hard for you and they are professional and good at what they do. Zach and Patrick represented me in a personal injury case against a big car insurance company. While I did not have lasting injuries, I had 4 years of unpaid medical bills which the insurance company refused to pay for. If they would have just paid upfront it would have only cost them around $2,000 but the hospitals were sending me bills saying the insurance company deferred them to me so I had no other choice but to hire an attorney. Zach and Patrick were willing to help me when no one else wanted to take on Allstate. We settled the case for $15,000. I paid zero dollars from start to finish. The lawyers take about 30% of your winnings and I paid them nothing. It was the insurance company that paid them from the winnings. The lawyers got my bills paid, the bills stopped coming to me right away and I got over $8,000 from the settlement. That’s $8,000 more than what I had before the accident and since I had no injuries this was an extra 8 grand in my pocket. So hey it all worked out. But like I said Zach and Patrick are great lawyers who actually care about you and will do everything they can to protect you from being taken advantage of.
