absolutely most inconvenient place I've ever dealt with. they do not use email or let you send things to them electronically. you have to take everything to them in person. which is not convenient if you work any kind of day shift. if you have to use him as a guardian ad leitum he does not seem to have childrens best interest in heart. i have witnessed him put children in bad situations more than once! i would not recommend him to anyone. he is cheap but remember u get what u pay for.
