I PAID THEM $300 TO HANDLE A RESTRICTED LANE USE TICKET IN MY SEMI-TRUCK, AND AFTER THAT, THEY COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR EMAILS!!! THEY NEVER EVEN TRIED TO SCHEDULE COURT DATE AND FIGHT MY CASE!! I HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! AND NO, THEY WILL NOT GET YOUR TICKET REDUCED OR DISMISSED. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY & IT WILL GO ON YOUR RECORD NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. Frank was extremely professional, informative and him and the staff were extremely welcoming. I was charged with possession of 1ounce of meth,owi, carrying with out a permitt. Facing 20yrs in prison .remind you it's not 1995 anymore.
