Atty Rodriguez took a significant amount of time at our first meeting to hear my side of a rental situation which went bad. After doing a bit of research I found that I in fact had rented my property to a pair of professional deadbeats with a 16 year old child. The woman in this situation had 5 previous judgements against her for doing to other landlords exactly what they did to me. They stopped paying the rent 6 months prior to the end of their lease and started making excuses for not paying. Everything was wrong with the place according to them, yet I never heard a word about any defects prior to the date they stopped paying. They told me they had consulted with an attorney and that they were protected as well as by covid laws which were then in place. After consulting with Atty Rodriguez she told me she would take the case and quoted a fee for her services which I found to be very reasonable considering the type of people I was pursuing for back rent and damages. I truly believe this pair of professional freeloaders thought they would just walk away free as they had in the past. Atty Rodriguez assured me she would pursue them by all means within the law. I felt convinced from the start she meant what she said and would use all possible legal means to make me whole in this matter. End result: she won in court for me and I believe I am the only person to ever collect from these professional schemers. She even managed to collect my legal fees which I was not expecting. Atty Rodriguez will get the job done for you, however patience is a major factor in this legal system. The wheels of justice grind slowly. That is the fault of the courts and not the attorneys working for you. The end result is what matters to me and we struck a great blow to these deadbeats and they must pay 8% interest until their judgement is paid in full. That is many times better than the financial institutions pay and it is being paid to the court and forwarded on to me. A very reputable collection agency if you ask me. This Attorney knows her stuff and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend her with absolute confidence. - Dr. GSK.
