Recommended from my Legal Shield Membership. However took 3 years to settle my claim and 4 years to settle my passengers claim "fell off their radar." I know the attorney was relatively new to the practice only a few years in. Another attorney dropped my other case without notice when I was going for custody. Had a friend with a similar accident use a different law firm and he settled in 1 year and fot 3X the amount I did with similar injuries. Be cautious if you retain Mr. Voeltz.

He was very realistic when talking and makes real suggestions. Doesnt focus on maybes and what-ifs and is informative on how to achieve what you are set out to accomplish. His experience and confidence is shown by not suggesting compromising and conceding what you, but debating for what you have and keeping it.

This was the third lawyer I had to obtain with my divorce I needed a lawyer to collect on my qdro I stopped in here and spoke with Christy and for a very small fee she handled everything very quickly and now it is completely done thanks to her I'd recommend them to anybody
