Pros
1
Excellent customer service and communication from the lawyers and staff
“Cheyenne is not only a great lawyer but she is a great person. She genuinely cares about her clients. She went above and beyond to help from the very first day I hired her, until my case was resolved. She was there anytime I had a question and always contacted me back within a timely manner.”
2
Knowledgeable and experienced in disability and social security cases
“If you are needing a legal representative, I recommend Pillar Law Group, LLP. Douglas and Michelle advocated for me, with a very positive outcome.”
3
Effective in winning difficult cases
“After being turned down on the initial filing and appeal we had to have a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Garner's assistant Michelle did an outstanding job of compiling all the necessary records, getting what she needed from me and getting the case filed. They kept me up to date as to how the case was proceeding. Mr. Garner did an outstanding job of putting together the facts and the case to present to the judge and prepared me very well for my testimony.”
Cons
1
Some clients experienced poor communication and lack of follow-up
“Mr.Garner represented me for my disability case he was very friendly and professional and always kept me up to date on my case. I would recommend him and his law firm to anyone who is trying to get disability.”
2
A few clients were dissatisfied with the service and felt the lawyers were more focused on money than the client
“If you are wanting a lawyer that's going to be honest and fight hard for you then del Weldon isn't the guy you want to hire , I have hired him 2 times and had a friend pay his firm 20,000 dollars and it was a waste of money cuz they didn't do anything they said they would do . This guy being del Weldon is worried about one thing and one thing only and that's money.”
