Mr. Achey is beyond what i expected. He responded quickly and was pleasant yet efficient. He is very personable and he actually cares about his clients. His office staff was also knowledgeable and helpful anytime i called with questions or concerns. I felt much more at ease knowing they were in my corner. Would highly recommend. My prior attorney that had handled my case for years wanted to handle cases in only one area of law, which was not the area of law I needed. Therefore, he referred me to Andrew. He took my case even though it had been going on for years & was very complicated. He was honest, kind & understanding the entire time to my daughter & myself. I’m 2017 This man was appointed to me in court when I didn’t have the cash to hire a lawyer myself. My maximum sentence was 12 years in prison. He told me the best he could do was 10 years serve 75% so 7.5 years time served plus 2.5 years probation. He said that his hands were tied this was the best I could get. I fired him, hired a new guy after taking out a loan and the guy I hired got me 9 months work release followed by 9 months house arrest with 2 years probation. So he outright lied to me. Absolute trash lawyer and terrible person. He was happy to let me lose 7.5 years of my life.

Andrew Achey is hands down, the best lawyer I've ever had to retain. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is 100% results driven. I will never consider consulting anyone else when it comes to my legal affairs and I refer anyone I care about to him .

This is hands down the best attorney in Logansport. He is extremely personable and while his staff are very helpful and kind, you will talk to HIM the majority of the time. He goes beyond what a typical attorney does and he is worth every dime you spend.

I would never recommend anyone else in Logansport or surrounding county's besides Andrew Achey. I have used him in family law and child support cases multiple times. We didn't even have to go to court and was dismissed. We won my case, because he knows the law and case law very well. The way he did it was great never seen anything like it. I was arrested while traveling through Indiana with a group of friends and charged with a third degree felony for "Maintaining a common Nuisance". As an out of state client, I wanted a lawyer who would not only try to address this as efficiently as possible, but also one who would understand how detrimental this situation was for my career. I reached out to numerous lawyers who all shared their understanding on the matter, or lack-thereof. Achey acted very professional and took the time to understand my situation, given the unfortunate predicament i was in. His staff was also very helpful with answering all my questions, or at least forwarding them to Achey, anytime I called in. This was my first offence and we were able to enter into a pre-trial diversion contract without participating in any drug program or serving community service hours. Highly Recommend!
