They were very helpful and answered all my questions

We initially filed for disability for our intellectually disabled grandson on 12/31/19 and after our first denial we contacted this firm and were assigned to Ann. I had heard good things and felt they would do a good job. We went through a few phone calls, on virtual hearing and one virtual court hearing with the judge. We were again denied and was told by Ann that she could appeal that decision and would do so. Six months had passed and we heard nothing and when I called today I was told that I was mailed a form that should have been filled out and returned and since that didn't happen our case is closed and we have to start the process all over again. This is a tragedy in my opinion. Something that could have been prevented by a phone call from Ann or anyone at her office. Instead of being responsible attorneys they relied on the postal service to deliver a form that we did not get and provided no back up calls or reminders that maybe we should so something. There is no excuse for this ineptitude from a reputable law firm. I can't recommend based on this experience alone. If you do business with them make sure and be proactive and diligent because they aren't. We've lost 18 months of work and benefits because of this firm.
