My lawyer Joe Jenner was not very good to me at all I had not been in trouble for 30 years and got picked up on the theft from Walmart ended up with 18 months probation and 40 hours of community service and $1,300 in fines after talking to friends I find out that you don't have to take that plea bargain but they will give you up to three plea bargains he should have told me that I had never been in this situation and now I'm stuck with a felony . After talking to a few people they told me that they will give you three or four plea bargains and you can pick which one you want one of my friends had two prior convictions for theft and only got 6 months probation with no community service and it was misdemeanor charge

Jason Pattison is the lawyer I always do to. He is great and pays attention to detail. He will work hard and make you feel comfortable. He is will always be my lawyer as long as he is practicing.

Cutrently working with Jenner who has been put in charge of my dad's estate. He has been rude, short and creating more problems than solving. Would not recommend for estate planning.

Would not return calls over and over. Make promises to complete tasks and let the date slide. Never again.

Devon Sharpe agreed to speak with my wife and I about being sold a house that was not properly inspected and fraudulently advertised. We submitted a contact form, which requires an address, and we scheduled a call. He had to reschedule. Just spoke with Devon, a week later. Once he learned the inspector and realtor were his friends he said he couldn't help us. I lost a day of wages to be a part of this call. The information we submitted should have indicated we lived in Jefferson County. This reads like he doesn't pay attention. Additionally, it is going to take a full week for him to recommend a different attorney... why is it hard for him to find a colleague? If you value your time and being treated with respect, don't contact Devon Sharpe. I'm a professional consultant and would be horrified to treat a potential client this way. What a waste of time!
