My family and I recently worked with Kyle Persinger from this law firm, who represented us in the complicated sale of a commercial property that was owned by a large family group, currently leased by a well-known lessee, and purchased by a out-of-state real estate developer. With the over 13 entities, with whom Kyle was working in this transaction, he made the process as seamless as possible.....Firstly, he worked with us to amend the agreement with the Buyers, secondly, he made sure all paperwork was completed within the time limits set during escrow, and lastly, he repeatedly communicated with Buyers, Sellers, and the closing agent for a smooth conclusion & closing.
