Maybe if you hire him he's good but you don't want him as a public defender!! Once appointed to me I could not get him to return calls or emails till the day of the first hearing, (talk about going in prepared), he explained to me he has no office staff to help him and he is way over book! Requested a new attorney (somebody with time and a staff), got denied! I've lost my job due to these charges, my job, the clerk, my doctors, random people with the courts have all been in touch with me wanting answers and wanting me to fill out paperwork none of which I understand, they tell me to reach out to my attorney, but I've not been able to get a response since that initial conversation, wasn't until I reached back out to the judge that I was able to finally get a response from him but no information and no advice on how to proceed with any of this paperwork or dealing with my loss of employment over these charges or any suggestions, just a hostile text message (summarized to essentially tell me to shut up and sit down).... I guess that one conversation in 3 months was overloading!!
