For sale by owner is new to me and Jessica made it all go smoothly with her expert guidance. She was helpful and always available. She provided timely information that truly aided in the closing of my property (and allowed me to not have to use a realtor).

Poor follow-up. First time: she disappeared when it was time to respond to a dispute and I then had to follow-up on my own and thankfully won the dispute without this attorneys follow-through. Second time: sent a letter to the company I had a dispute with that was filled with errors and ambiguities and the company took me court. The letter she sent failed to include a detailed audit trail of details provided in a spreadsheet, but she attempted to provide a summary, which was inaccurate. When I addressed the above two concerns with her that I needed her attention since we were now going to court, she ended the relationship 3 weeks before the court date and said I needed to get another attorney.

Attorney Jessica provided consultation regarding a Living Trust in the context of pending court action. After contacting multiple lawyers, I was amazed that she returned my call quickly, even late in the day on a Friday. Her advice on this occasion and during a follow-up phone call was very helpful. I will know who to call regarding future legal concerns.

Jessica worked with us to make out our Living Will, our Will and set up an Estate Trust for us. She was very informative and explained everything in detail. She was very easy to work with and we feel she did a great job and had our best interest in mind.

Initial contact was a little rocky but after making contact with Attorney McPheeters, it was smooth sailing. She provided a consultation session and answered all of my questions. After the consultation, I hired her. Jessica was very helpful, guiding and answering any questions I had along the way. I hired Atty Heine in 2020 to assist me as an out-of-state personal representative for my deceased father's estate. I had found her law firms card among his personal effects and thought it would be a good place to start. I am so thankful that I made that call. Although I was thousands of miles away, she was excellent in her responsiveness and her expertise was unparalleled in what turned out to be a complex probate case. She never failed to provide effective counsel and was always available to answer questions, assist with family situations and calm my nerves when things dragged on for several years. She worked tirelessly to resolve the many issues that came up with the case and did an excellent job of managing things especially considering we opened the case at the start of the pandemic. I can't thank her enough for the hours she spent researching and providing options for the different activities I had to fulfill as a personal representative. She represented me when necessary and kept any trips I needed to make to Indiana for any court-related items to a minimum. I know this isn't her only area of practice, but I am sure she excels at whatever she does. I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for someone who will ensure you are following the law, and who will defend and prepare diligently for any legal actions you need to address. Her fee was money well spent.

I met with Jessica to have my "end of life" planning put together and she was amazing. She has great energy, and took her time with me to make sure I understood everything in detail. She is timely with her responding which makes me feel important, and continues to provide help with other needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I had my first appointment with Jessica today for advice and services for proceeding with transferring assets from our deceased mother to her Trust for my brothers and I, with specific focus on probate type of assets.
