She breaks down everything so you truly understand everything that being done throughout the process. we didn't understand a lot of thing with the state of Indiana being new to the Midwest but she made it clear, (what, when, why and how)

Did not stay in contact for months after multiple attempts to contact her. extremely EXTREMELY upset. Had all the information in a very timely manner and she did NOT COMMUNICATE AND WAS ALWAYS "OUT OF THE OFFICE" . SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL! Not qualified
