Wasted my time! I spoke to assistant, told them what I needed and they scheduled me for an appointment. Arrived to the appointment people at desk were not pleasant. Attorney came out after a few minutes. He was not very pleasant either. Went into office explained again the service I needed only for him to tell me he couldn’t help and give me a referral. I was pissed! I work overnight and broke sleep to make it to this appointment! They should have told me on the phone they couldn’t help me!!!!!

Amanda Hires is an *AWESOME* attorney! She has been on multiple cases an has gotten me very nice plea agreements each time. Above all else she is priced right and ALL communication is included in her flat rate, not extra. I must say she's been the best I ever dealt with. Always answers questions promptly and goes above and beyond what I have had in the past.

Throughout my life, I have had to deal with many law firms for various reasons. Most recently I connected with two law firms in Northwest Indiana. One firm was too expensive, but their office was very professional and very responsive. I just could not go with them because I couldn’t afford to retain them. The other office ghosted me and never returned any of my phone calls or emails. I felt stuck. I felt the walls were closing in on me and I was losing sleep over my financial problems. Mr. Schmidgall is very competent and knows his stuff. There hasn’t been one deadline that he hasn’t met. He handled my case so quickly and so flawlessly I could not believe it. When I email the office, I get a response back within 24 hours. If I call the office, they talk to me and answer any questions I may have.
