NEED TO BE CLOSED!!!! This company is very unprofessional and they don't call you back either. I had issue today that could not be solve about a bill. I never had to wait to pay a bill because they never gave me the information when I called the office like it states in the letter that was send to me..

I give him 3.5 stars because there has been times that it has been difficult to get a hold of him and sometimes we can't get any answers to our questions but when we do we are relieved to get our answers.
