You will not be disappointed

I hired Tom to get me out of a reckless driving and the day of court he got me on a deferal 2 weeks later I got another ticket (yes I know my fault) so he asked for a second deferal and a set court date so I was on 2 deferals and I called him the day before the court date he told me to go by my self that it would just be dismissed since I did not violate the 2 deferals, well when I showed up I was told I had to plea guilty and when I explained the deferal they said it did not matter I called him after court and he went on months “trying to fix it” never did, now I have a misdemeanor still. Feel like it could have been avoided if he showed up to court and not told me to go by my self.
