Inconsistent communication and availability
“Poor communication little effort. Asked to speak to the people we were suing by himself, which he did , after that communication went silent. Beware.”

Unprofessional and unethical behavior
“Jim is by far the worst attorney I've ever dealt with. He's immature, arrogant and aggressive. The woman who answers the phone has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Jim took my money and lied to me about appearing on behalf. As a matter of fact I believe he also alerted the authorities to my whereabouts. This guy is total scum. Him and his staff make me want to puke 🤮”

Questionable billing practices
“Shiesty and condescending. If he could squeeze a drop of blood from a penny he will. Make sure you give him no wriggle room in your oral agreement or he'll double charge you.”
