I can see why it's easier to get an elephant through the eye of a needle, than to get a doctor or a LAWYER (especially this one) into heaven. God has spoken! Don't "trust" this guy to handle a trust. Slow to respond or act on issues.

I would highly recommend John LaRue and his office for elder law and estate planning. I found them after an online search and immediately upon discussing my case with John I knew he was exactly what I was looking for. John is extremely knowledgeable about the laws and how best to strategize for maximum benefits and financial preservation. He is down to earth and explains things in understandable terms and thoroughly answers all of your questions. His professionalism puts you at ease when dealing with potentially stressful situations. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending John and his staff for any and all matters regarding elder law and planning strategies for your aging loved ones.

Dealing with matters family matters in the area of Power of Attorney for an elder can be emotional and heart rending. However, John made the process so effortless, easiing my mother's fears and answering any questions she had in a simple and concise manner. There was the added issue of me living abroad and have a tight timescale to pull all the documentation together but he managed. John was also able to advise and assist in setting up trusts to help protect her assets. Honestly, I did not believe that someone as kind as John still existed in this day and age. When issues came up with the banks requiring additional information, he was quick to provide this and be on call should the need arise. I am not sure of the entire scope of this firm's expertise but I would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend John LaRue Attorney at Law. Certainly, I count ourselves fortunate indeed to have found John and his team. To know that he is only a phone call or email away and that he will indeed take the time to reply, is a great reassurance.

Mr. LaRue was very helpful when I called to ask a few questions even before the need to hire attorney. Should I need to go the route of obtaining legal representation, I will not hesitate to call his office. I cannot begin to express my sincerest appreciation enough for this law office. I've used their services over the past couple of years now and without going into personal reasons why, they have handled each situation with the utmost empathy, competence and professionalism at very affordable prices. Our family had experienced some difficult times throughout this period, the last thing we needed was added stress to our situation. There was literally no stress concerning the legal aspect of our situations as they made what could have been a bureaucratic legal nightmare a seamless process.
