They are professional and personable...love them

The attorney that is supposed to be an excellent lawyer, doesn't have a backbone. She's not stern. She always allows opposing counsel to make mistakes and doesn't correct them. You have to pretty much tell her what she's supposed to do, but even then it's hit and miss. She's not used to tough family cases. She can't handle them. Her initials are D.M. Plus, it doesn't help the judge is biased. She seems to always favor women. Very disappointed in the justice system. There's a father that does above and beyond, does way more than he should. Then you have a mother that lies in court to the judge, produces false and plagiarized documents, keeps the child from the father, the mother has yet to abide by anything the judge orders and the lawyer doesn't acknowledge that.

What an amazing experience! Over the last several months Dana Peay and the staff at McNeely Stephenson made my adoption possible. Their dedication is above all. As a currently deployed service member, they truly went above and beyond. Words can not describe the gratitude and appreciation I have! We did estate planning. They were excellent. Made things simple. Included flow charts. Everything thoroughly explained. All documents we prepared accurately and very quickly. I would definitely call them again.

I had never been sued or in a law suite and had no Idea where to begin. A sensitive rural land dispute with property boundaries and a neighbor over old survey never recorded. Mr. Tawfik and Mr. Church were extremely considerate and knowledgably guiding me through the process. They made me feel like family... they went the extra mile! This was a win as nothing was granted to the claim. These guys are at the top of legal issues, the only Attorneys to consider! Well done! Tom B
