During a recent custody dispute with a family member my mother and I hired Attorney Dana M. Eberle-Peay with this firm in New Albany, IN. I cannot say enough good things about Dana and how she handled our case. She was professional and went above and beyond in researching current case law as it applied to our petition. She stood up in court and fought for us and to keep everyone on topic according to the law. She was willing to go every extra mile to make sure our side won. She made sure we were updated as soon as anything was ruled upon or dates were set. If you need someone to fight hard for you in family court she is the one you need to hire. There is no one who is better qualified. I will always go back to Dana in the event I need Legal council. I highly recommend her and the firm.

I have used McNeely Stephenson quite extensively over the past couple of years and find them to be very professional, very courteous, and an extremely good value. My first experience was setting up a trust for my family. The trust was customized for my needs in every way that I could conceive of. Next, my mother wanted a Power of Attorney for me to conduct her affairs. One of the lawyers, Dana Eberle-Peay went from Indiana to Kentucky with a Notary to my mother's apartment, since she is very feeble, and executed the documents. Later, she did the same thing for my mother's will. Not many lawyers will make house calls that I know of. Just last month, I was traveling out of state and I needed a document witnessed and notarized so that my mother could sell a house. Again, Dana came to my rescue. I have used McNeely Stephenson for advice on inheritance. They brought in an expert to help me understand how assets could be protected from being counted against me when applying for government benefits. I am extremely satisfied with my dealings with McNeely Stephenson and would highly recommend this law firm to any one who needed legal assistance.
