To schedule an appointment as a paying customer you have to be cleared by a secretary. So there is no confidentiality and her understanding of the situation determines if the attorney will talk with you.

We cannot thank Attorney Steve Langdon and his Paralegal Dana enough for helping our family with an elder law issue. They are so knowledgeable and responded quickly with any questions we had. Ralph and his firm solved an issue that had become quite cumbersome in a very efficient manor. When he needed to contact me, he not only called but also reached out through email and took the time to explain his actions and there possible outcome. He took the time to listen to me at our first meeting without dismissing my issues as trivial and explained his plans in detail. I truly appreciated how I was treated and how my dilemma was settled. In an era where service seems to be optional, Ralph was terrific to work with!
