Very attentive to details and looking out for our best interests. Mr. Langdon showed a carry attitude towards our needs and situation. Would recommend their services to watch over someone’s estate.

I can't say enough good things about CLLB. Steve Langdon and Dana have helped me navigate the Indiana Medicaid system, which is incredibly complicated. They have ensured that my mother's longterm care needs will be met while preserving as many of her assets as legally possible. All my questions and paperwork have been taken care of in a timely fashion and they took the time to truly understand our situation to provide us with the best possible outcome.

I hired Dana Eberle-Peay to represent me as my divorce attorney. Upon meeting with her and hearing my situation, she acted like a bulldog and she assured me that the case would go in my favor if I hired her. Fast forward to our mediation, the 7 hour day was the toughest day of my life. Dana did nothing short of take up space and was not the bulldog she led me to believe. Instead, she seemed more interested in talking about her upcoming vacation rather than fight for me during my mediation process. I felt like I was making all of the decisions on my own because she wasn’t mentally present for me AT ALL. Dana even went as far as to gossip about other clients that she had and replied to emails (yes, she worked on other cases during time I was paying her for). After the mediation and after getting financially destroyed by my ex, I was feeling pretty defeated, Dana tried to assure me that at least my $3,000 deposit should cover most of her services. Boy was she wrong. After getting stuck with the bill for mediation (btw, the mediator worked for the firm as well, so it’s all an inside racket over at CLLB Law). Dana basically ghosted me for the next 4 months while her paralegal continued to charge more fees to my account. Later on, the paralegal said some of the costs were from forms that THEY didn’t process properly. She actually admitted to charging me for an error that they made, not me. I had to call them, since Dana was no longer responding to me and I demand that they stop representing me! I was getting taken advantage of from both sides and I just wanted them to stop charging me. It was such a horrible experience. At the beginning of all of this mess, I was assured that I would only be charged around $3k-$5k of legal fees from them, with a deposit of $3,000 to have her represent me. It ended up being nearly $9K that they got out of me before I demanded them to stop representing me! (I would have sued them for malpractice if I had any money left). Do not hire the people from CLLB Law. Dana Eberle-Peay did nothing short of rob me blind. The name of the paralegal who was also involved as both the mediator and paralegal is named Joely K. Arthur. These people don’t have their clients best interest in mind, only their own. I hope this at least keeps someone else out there from getting taken advantage of by these people.

When myself and my husband decided to retain a lawyer to pursue a stepparent adoption, we were clueless on the process and honestly very intimidated. We knew this could be an uphill battle, and we knew that there were a lot of steps. From the consultation to the adoption hearing we had full communication and support. Dana was wonderful as well as all of her staff. Everything ran seamless, and they guided us through each step….From background checks to fingerprints to home-study waivers to notifying the biological parent and everything in between. We were well informed and well prepared. Nobody tried to waste our time to burn up our retainer with needless back-and-forth calls and emails and they kept communication quick and thorough. We actually had some retainer left, which was unexpected. (We put it towards an adoption party since WE WON) We wrapped up our adoption on August 9 and we are officially a family and it is all thanks to our Attorney Dana Eberle and the team at CLLB. Will recommend her to anyone looking to do an adoption or anything in family law.

Terrible experience with CLLB family law, I was told I'd be able to file based off previous filing from my ex. Didn't happen, and filing took several months from the date of providing my retainer which in turn increased investments and my overall loss. Was notified about my mediation from my 15 year old not my lawyer the Saturday before my Tuesday appointment. Communication was terrible, I was never provided my VFDS or the ex's VFDS to see what was disclosed and was left out on a limb. Costs were 3.5 times what was discussed upfront. I feel like the mishandling of my case cost me in the neighborhood of 6 figures. Lack of accountability and followthrough was the general theme and excuses were abundant. I really advise staying away from Ralph Melbourne and CLLB law. It's really ashame and has cost me dearly.

Just finished closing an estate working with Gary Banet at this firm. The estate was finalized meeting all legal requirements but we were not notified of the estate closure until we asked to find it was closed 4 mo earlier. Working with this firm was challenging especially since it was a small estate. At one point, the attorney told us he could make more money doing something else - we were shocked. The attorney never provided much strategy for our representation to optimize our results since there were complexities in the estate. My mom and I saw the attorney twice. Only emails and short answers- many with an “attitude”. Responses to questions were impersonal, lacking in compassion and condescending . Really unbelievable when a family is struggling to understand the legal process and trying to heal from the loss of a loved one.

Saw Bridget Cantrell, atty. She is super! She helped with updating documents. Smart, fun, high energy. A bit expensive, but I feel her services were worth the cost.
