Worst experience ever!!The only good thing was they stopped my garnishments other than that the trustee wants 7,500$ and my attorney's haven't filed anything to stop it.Ive called for 3 weeks trying to get help left messages and texts no response back at all!!I'm more financially screwed now than I was before I filed!!

I would not recommend using Koehler. They were great to work with up front. I had to file a Chapter 13. One of the creditors listed in the bankruptcy filed a lawsuit against me. I called and was told they’d look into it and get back with me. I never heard from Koehler’s but did receive a default judgment from the other attorney and the courts. I called and emailed several times. Finally someone I emailed said she forwarded my email to a person who would take care of the lawsuit. I now have a Chapter 13 coming out of my check and a garnishment summons that I have to attend. Instead of relying on Koehler I have contacted the creditor’s attorney to try to get this stopped. If not, I will have to miss a day of work to go to court, all of this after paying Koehler’s a lot of money to ensure I didn’t have my wages garnished. I’m very disappointed with this firm.

Excellent experience with Koehler Law Office! The bankruptcy process was explained well and they were there every step of the way! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to file bankruptcy or if you have questions about the process.

Mr. Koehler and his staff do a wonderful job. Lisa went above and beyond to help make a stressful situation less stressful and for that I will be forever grateful!

Quick responses, very easy to work, top notch

I had interactions with Kim, Nancy, and Lloyd through out the process of selling my house while in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Kim did an outstanding job getting the ball rolling in informing me of what I needed to do. Then dealt with Nancy and Lloyd as they sought the process through and even put pressure on the right people to get my closing dont. Absolutely amazing people to deal with. Thanks again guys.

I just want to say this last one cares about people I talked to Mr. Roth today I had a phone call left on my voicemail on my phone and the person said they were from Floyd county clerk they informed me it was probably spam cleared up things unable to give me good information wonderful people to talk to was on the line right away with them no wait time and got to speak with an attorney very nice I can't say enough about this law firm I highly recommend them thank you for your help!!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

after reading their website and it clearly saying they work in my town and the greater county area. They simply just said oh we don't work in that area goodbye once I told them my county

Absolute waste of a month of my life getting all the paper work emailing it all just to never hear from sherry again. I'll take my money elsewhere.
