When trouble literally showed up on my doorstep, I was left shell shocked with my life flipped upside down. I was referred to Bart by another lawyer that told me there is nobody better to argue your case than Mr. Betteau. From the initial meeting it was apparent that Bart not only believed in me, but he too wanted a complete dismissal of the case and all charges dropped. We shared the same goal. Throughout the process he made me understand what was most important. We both knew that police officers lie, prosecutors will as well. In my case that wasn’t what was most important though. In spite of the bad police work, lying officers, and frowned upon action of the prosecutor, Bart’s arguments proved to the judge that what the police had done was unconstitutional. As a result, the case was completely dismissed, and my possessions, reputation, and life were returned to me. I couldn’t be more grateful, and would highly recommend Bart to anyone facing serious charges. He’s an experienced pro that argues with a passion.
