How do I begin to explain what Bart Betteau and his team did for me. He helped me through one of the most difficult experiences in my life. I had two attorneys prior to him and he made them look ridiculous. After I let my second attorney go I knew I was facing jail time and that was terrifying especially considering I had never been in trouble with the law. Me and my fiancee knew I needed not a great attorney but the best of the best. The only name we kept hearing was Bart Betteau. So we called and set an appointment. By the end of my first conversation with Bart and his team it felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders. There was not a single time where it took more than part of a day to hear back from the office when I contacted them. How many people can say that about their attorneys. And, it went beyond that! They contacted me on a regular basis to let me know what was going on.. I never had to hound them to get information about my cases. Every single time I went to court Bart stood out from everyone else in the courtroom. As I sat there watching and listening to him all I could think was am I watching a movie! I have never in my life been more impressed by any attorney including ones you see on the news. I think he may actually walk on water. At times he had his hands full with me because I didn't always make the best choices.. but, he fixed everything. Because of him and his team I didn't have a jail sentence and he even got me off probation early. Without them I know without a shadow of a doubt that I wouldn't be sitting here giving a review because I would be in jail. He certainly measured up to his reputation and then some! If you're reading this to figure out if you want them to represent you... Trust me it will be one of the best decisions you've made in your entire life. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for me including giving me my life back. They ended the nightmare I went through for almost 2 years. P. S. He ran circles around everyone else in the court room. It was an honor to be witness to that.

I was facing 4 charges including a Felony and 3 Misdemeanors. I was very worried that I’d be facing jail time due to all of those charges. Me and my family decided that I needed a lawyer for this case. After carefully looking over lots of lawyers in my area online, we determined that Mr. Betteau was the best option and we hired him. Mr. Betteau was very thorough in explaining the whole court process and his plan on what he would do concerning my case. He definitely came through for me. Thanks to his help, I won’t have to serve any jail time, won’t have to do probation, and won’t even be convicted or have any charges on my record as long as I do what I need to do per the Pre-Trial Diversion agreement. I’m going to do exactly what I agreed to do in court because the deal he got me was absolutely amazing and I won’t let it go to waste. I will be doing Drug and Alcohol classes and will pay some fines which is MUCH BETTER than doing jail time or being on probation for a long time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and was very professional. If you’re facing any charges, no matter the severity, I 100% recommend hiring Mr. Betteau. You will have the best outcome by doing so!

Other than the process taking a year everything went pretty smooth. I have no complaints with my attorney. The prosecutor really held things up but because Mr. Betteau out-waited him I did get a better deal in the long run! Hopefully I will never need to hire him again. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a great criminal lawyer.

I had hired Mr. Betteau for several cases at which I was looking at alot of time in prison and probation as well, Bart told me how each court or charge needed to be approached and what I needed to do on my end and he told me what he thought could come out of these situations that I was in... well Bart did exactly what he said exactly and definitely knows his stuff, he was very professional and he talks to you with a charisma about himself. He kept everything honest with me and he can be a bit higher but I'd rather pay for someone who is honest, dependable and very good at their profession than hire me a cheap lawyer that will just give you what the state offered more or less. Bart Betteau is a man I admire and he saved me in many ways, I am now a sober woman for over a year with no jail time. He advised I go to treatment and with him believing In me caused more hope in my outcome and his faith in me made me feel really like I had a second chance, it's more than just paying for a attorney when it comes to Bart its alot more that words can describe & his office is the most accurate and professional women who care and actually do their job and carry a certain respect towards the people who are in trouble, they don't make you feel judged or treat you differently, hiring Bart was the best decision I ever made after all the bad decisions that I had made. Mr. Betteau and his team were very helpful throughout what was a very unnerving process for me. I never thought I would be in a position where I needed an attorney for an OWI, but I'm glad I hired Mr. Betteau when I did need one. He was very knowledgable throughout the process, offering advice on what I should do to help my case. In the end, the charges ended up being reduced. Bart has represented me in various misdemeanor and felony cases in both Clark and Floyd Counties. After a 2 day trial I was found not guilty of all charges in one case, many other cases were simply dismissed, and in a few I took very, very good plea deals. He is a very sharp and very intelligent individual. I wouldn't ever consider hiring any other attorney besides Bart. He also has a very talented and professional legal assistant named Chris.

Mr. Betteau was excellent and extremely thorough when representing my husband. He is a bulldog that doesn't stop until he has gotten you the best possible outcome. I watched as lesser lawyers had their clients accept far less when their charges were the same as my husbands. I wish I had hired him for may daughter as her outcome with a less experienced lawyer seemed as if he didn't fight as hard as he should have and he did not see the process through to the very end. Bart Betteau will not leave you hanging like that.
