I originally got Jon as a public defender and was amazed at how well he represented me. later on i needed a family lawyer again and Jon was the first lawyer in mind to call. Jon has been representing me for 2 years now and i cannot say anything bad of him.

We hired Jonathan a few years ago in a custody battle that was going nowhere with another attorney. From day one he was on top of things. He was able to wrap things up quickly and always keeping me informed. Jonathan cares and takes the time to help you. The staff was very helpful as well. I was very grateful for everything they did. Oh and if it matters he won the case too.

Jonathan has successfully represented our family through a very long and complex custody battle. His compassion for children and his wealth of case law knowledge has proven time and time again that we chose the correct council. We would highly recommend Jonathan!

Jon was awesome! He was very helpful and down to earth yet, responded to my calls, emails promptly. Most lawyers just want your money or to get the case resolved ASAP with little or no concern for your well being. Not Jon! He helped get more than I was seeking in mediation and kept us out of court. His staff is also very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend his services to anyone going through a divorce or legal separation.

I had a daughter in Indiana and I was living out of state. The mother kept hiding my daughter from me and would not let her communicate with me. After traveling to Indiana for several very intense court dates, I was awarded 100% custody of my daughter and we moved her into our home with her 3 step sisters. Throughout the court process, Jonathan kept me informed of everything, and during a very comical court hearing stayed very professional.

I hired Jon to help with an issue regarding the abuse of a family member by a former significant other. What started as a simple request for a protective order turned into a 2 year battle for the protection of my family member. In the beginning I had no expectations for the need of legal services until the respondent to the protective order hired a "powerful" attorney and buried me in subpoenas. Jon took the case. He kept us focused on the facts of the case rather than the emotionally charged minutia. He remained organized, prepared, and sensitive to the nature of the topic. Most importantly he seemed to possess a deep sense of integrity in issues of right versus wrong. After the respondent drug the case out for 2 years and went through 2 sets of attorneys, Jon won our case. Jon also assisted with us being awarded a significant amount of our attorney's fees to be paid by the respondent. I will not hesitate to hire Jon in the future if the need arises.

I choose Mr. Young based on his claim of expertise in family law. Felt we had a very strong case but Mr. Young got smoked by the other attorney. Literally cost me 10’s of thousands of dollars. I formally terminated Mr. Young’s services or I would have been more underwater. Switched attorneys and new attorney had claim settled in the matter of weeks.

got a divorce and used this guy and I might as well burned my money and gave her everything and that's exactly what happened , couldn't even win when we had her flat out for contempt.

with quitting. I bet I paid him over $12,000 for nothing. I drove away with my truck and that was it. He couldn't even win the contempt case we filed when she wouldn't let me have me have my court ordered stuff. dont waste your money , I could out debate him...

Jonathan did a great job representing me for a divorce. He was very knowledgeable on custody, child support, and parenting time guidelines, and was always prepared whether it was for mediation or court. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney. I know he also helped one of my family members with a will and an estate and they were very happy with his services on those as well.

Hired Mr Young for a divorce case and I was very displeased with his performance. I only received part of an invoice with a bill and no explanation where the remainder of the retainer fee went. Will not use him again
