I'm a minority and do NOT recommend Rebecca, she is unethical and will not correct her mistakes. If she has tried to force you to see Dr. Bart for a forensic evaluation push back and request a doctor of your choice. She lied under oath there was NO CPS report requesting child removal. Her intervention made things worse and ended stability and medical care for child. Mckayla has gone 4 yrs without and developmental delay treatments ever in North Carolina! Indiana bar association complaint in the works and everywhere your name is there will be a review. Unethical. Court transcripts prove it along with our emails.

Scott is the best attorney I have ever met. His attention to detail and willingness to research court precedence is unlike any I have ever encountered. Scott's moral compass is what makes him stand alone in the would of lawyers out for a buck. Scott Smith will treat you like family and find every resource to make sure you are well represented. If you do have to go to court... His preparedness will assure you don't get blindsided and are prepared to win your case.

My divorce had been settled by a previous firm, (I got slaughtered in court) I was fighting for my parental rights and gone through (3) attorneys before finding Rebecca at Eimerman Law. I was told by a highly respected person in another county, that Rebecca would be the only person to help me/win due to opposing counsel being great at their job. The first time Rebecca and I went to court, was the first time I held my head high knowing I stood a chance of being treated as equal for my rights to my children. I was amazed at every motion being ruled in our favor due to her knowledge and strong stance. Rebecca stated from our first meeting that she was shocked as filing's were not completed by previous firms and it had been months... (That is months w/out me seeing my children). A day or two later I had email confirmation of her and the team already in attack mode for me. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for Rebecca and the team, I was a mess and very emotionally broken, I had days/weeks of crying at work, to the point where I just couldnt work and had to go home. Rebecca gave me advice in other area's that worked in conjunction with our goal, had she not done so I wouldnt of gathered myself up for the betterment of my family. I would advise any person that is looking for a win/fighting chance in court to utilize Rebecca and the team. From my start, interactions and help from Meg, Nikole and Thaddeus leading to Rebecca and I in court were nothing short of being a miracle. You will be making a major mistake by not using this team to fight for you! Thank you to all involved with helping me, Meg, Thaddeus ,Nikole and Rebecca!

Scott was easy to work with, walked me through the process and handled my case promptly, professionally and as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need!

She was appointed as the GAL for a custody case regarding my cousins. She has been of absolutely zero help and has actually made all of the situations worse. She has failed to report to the court accurately or at all sometimes when she is told to make reports. My cousins have now suffered irreparable trauma and are still suffering because of her terrible work. Never use her!

Has caused my grand children to suffer unrepairable trauma. 3 years and counting… pray for the children she represents.

Scott is amazing at what he does and I can’t recommend him enough! He held my hand through the entire divorce process and was there every time I needed him. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and fair and will do whatever it takes for his clients. 10/10!

Mr. Smith and his team was great to work with very thorough and professional.

During a custody battle for my grandchildren Rebecca Eimmerman was the GLA. Never ever use her she did not get reports turned into the court on time and her negligence resulted in my granddaughter being seriously injured. She then testified that the mother should have back unsupervised visitation. This is disgraceful and now the two children are in constant turmoil. If you ever have to choose a GLA for your family do not choose her.
