Professional, efficient and effective . What more can you ask?

Ethics is a vital part of any law firm. Tim Hixon does not believe this to be true. Tim was paid $1000.00 to represent my case in court. He stated a refund would be issued, if we did not go to court. The case was resolved with a simple email. No refund was issued! Tim Hixon charged $1000.00 for 20 min of work!

They're lawyers! They have the most thankless job in the world, but having been engaged with them on a couple of cases, I can say these attorneys are world-class! Every person with whom I have interacted at this firm seemed honest, forthright, and reliable. What more could one ask for? I mean, not going to court would be great, but if you have to go, then I strongly urge you to take one of the attorneys from Pickering, Benner, Becker, and Hixson. (My personal favorite is Tim Hixson, but, again, they all seem lovely) along with you. Update: 5 years later. I've had some chronic family law issues, and in all the time I've engaged this firm, I've been absolutely thankful that I have and grateful for their expertise. They've a diverse practice all in one place, and they are exceptionally good at engaging all aspects of the law when trying one's case. I hope you never need an attorney, but if you should, I 13/10 recommend!!!!!

Mr. Becker is a great attorney! A wonderful, huge-hearted man! He so good at what he does! Also, his staff is very courteous and professional! Happy holidays to all!
