Mr. Jackson was amazing to work with as I have had no other experience with legal troubles or issues. Available very quickly, personally returning calls or messages. I got myself into trouble in my older age, and he was able to ensure that I had the best outcome possible in Hamilton county. Very professional and informative.

They have not started my case yet but this was the only lawyer I called that was willing to work with me on options other than going to jail or getting on probabation. Jason ended up helping me get 3 days in jail instead of 6 months probation as I requested. Would definitely work with him again.

We recently hired Attorney Jason Jackson to represent a family member who was unscrupulously entrapped by an organization operating outside the law. Mr. Jackson came highly recommended, and we reached out immediately to schedule an appointment to begin the process of ensuring my family members right to a fair an unbiased defense. Jason was very quick to respond, and had us visit him for an intake consult within two days. Simply put….we liked him immediately. Jason is very professional, but has a gentle and caring demeanor. We felt very comfortable as he made it clear that while the system had to run its course, he would do his absolute best to find grounds for dismissal as the evidence was clearly questionable. His concern for his clients is genuine and we truly felt like he cared about justice for my family member, not just running up a tab. Jason shared his plan of action with us, kept us regularly updated, and did exactly what he said he would do. While he told us that there could be charges, he felt like our family member was a victim of coercion and mishandling….and he was correct. Just two weeks after our first meeting, Mr. Jackson called to inform us that the potential prosecutor agreed with him, and dismissed the complaint without charges being filed. The moment that phone call came, it made us certain of a few things. First, Jason Jackson is very skilled and understands our justice system in central Indiana exceptionally well. His fee for what he accomplished was more than reasonable for the outcome. Lastly…..I’m not sure we’d had the same outcome without him. There is a reason Jason Jackson is so highly rated by Super Lawyers. He is one. He believes in grace, and that is a rare quality these days. If you are in need of a highly competent defense attorney who genuinely cares about his clients……we cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Jason.
