Mr. Jackson was a big help to my case. I had caught a DUI out in Hamilton County and was on the verge of going back to jail for my violations on probation. He convinced the probation department and the judge to give me another chance to make it right. I did my part and successfully completed classes and passed the remaining drug screens I had left in order to give myself a better shot of getting off probation. With that being said, do your part that’s asked of you and let Mr. Jackson handle the rest. I appreciate your help once again.

My name is Joseph Burnette. I hired Mr. Jackson to represent me in a matter that there was no way I should have gotten any time. Not only did I get time, I got the maximum time. He didn't show up to court two times for me. The judge took that out on me. He's real cocky and arrogant, but his bark is loud, his bite isn't vicious. Do not hire this man, you're going to jail, with a max sentence, on a first violation of not reporting, with concrete, solid proof that I had a good reason. I even sent him a video with time stamp, etc showing a deer hit my car and the damage and the police report, with the state trooper vowing for me. It's a long story, but jail isn't for anybody. If you want to see what jail is like, hire Jackson Law Office. I spent hundreds of dollars that turned into thousands because he would tell me we had court dates, and didn't. The worst attorney practicing. He's such a horrible attorney that I am going to make sure I review him on every place I can so people can know the truth. They turned my misdemeanor into a felony. When this lawyer assured me that I wouldn't get more than 30 days, worst case scenario. I got the max! The only thing he's good at is getting money out of the bond you posted for his representation which you're better off representing yourself.

He was clear on his goal with our case and walked us through to the finish line. He responds on time with great communication skills. He came in to fix a mess in my case that another lawyer caused. He had little to work with I wasn’t the easiest client but he fought hard for me in court and the outcome was better than expected.
