I encountered an embarrassing situation when I was pulled over for speeding in Marshall County. Unfortunately I had a small amount of marijuana in my possession (which is legal in my home state, but not in Indiana). I found Mr. Stanko through the NORML website and called him immediately. He put my mind at ease during our first phone call and agreed to take my case for a very reasonable fee. He was able to attend my first court date with me and meet with the prosecutor to get me approved for pretrial diversion. All I have to do is stay out of trouble for 6 months and the charge will be dismissed. i have two pieces of advice for people who live in states where weed is legal: 1) leave your stash at home if you are driving through Indiana; 2) if you ignore that advice and get caught, call Mr. Stanko. He is a member of the "NORML Legal Committee" and will take very good care of you!

Haven't heard ANYTHING from Paul Stanko since May 2022!! 9 months, and then you can't even keep an FTA from happening??!! DISAPPOINTED!

Does not answer his phone ,, he took my money and the only thing he’s done was keep rescheduling my court dates . .highly disappointed ,he is most definitely not professional

I have relied on Paul twice, for having to much fun in Marshall County .and if you don't know who to use down there, I strongly recommend you hire a local boy to navigate through rough waters. Marshall County is not what 99% of us are used too.Thanks Paul for softening the circumstances

Took my money, and never got ahold of me again. I asked several times to set up a meeting to go over my case, only to be ignored and have court dates pushed out 3 times in a row because he had “more important clients”. I asked about some kind of refund since he wasn’t doing anything for me other than prolonging my case and setting up plea agreements without even knowing any details from me, and Paul is still not able to be reached. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The best lawyer in the state, highly recommend him so give him a call and get the best lawyer.
