As busy as he is, Dan always finds time to stop and answer any questions I may have . He has always made sure we understand exactly what is going on in whatever situation arises . Even if it means a phone call when he should be done for the day × 3 .

I have tried several times since the end of November to get someone from this office to talk to me about a modification. They have taken my name and phone number 3 times, I understand lawyers are busy people, but really, it's going on a month now, and it's Christmas too... so I'll be waiting till after the new year !

Never got a call back it's been 2 3 weeks now an all I needed was a paper printed up for me an had no problem paying for it but since I didn't want any representation at 1500 an 100 dollars an hour I got brushed off

Ok look. I earned a class a OWI charge, and stood no chance in hell in a trial. The prosecutor lady gave me a deal which included a weekend in jail and we set the date as a final up or down.
I didn't even ask Daniel to fight to get the weekend dropped he just knew from my reaction to hearing the news to go in and fight that specific clause. I didn't ask because i knew there was no reason for them to negotiate further. He got it cut out. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, how can I give anything less than five stars?
