My business partner and I started landscaping, and home renovation business where we serviced our clients in all of their lawn care and home improvement needs. We understood that we needed to form a business entity but were largely unaware of what would be best for us. Attorney Jacob Ahler went above and beyond to help us form our LLC. He answered all of our questions and guided us throughout the entire process. We were thoroughly impressed with his vast knowledge in the area of corporate law and business formation. His staff was also most helpful in helping us form our LLC in a quick and timely fashion. Also, his new hire Avery Walker was a great resource, and was able to help field questions we had in regard to the pass-through taxation of our new business. We cannot stress enough how easy Attorney Ahler was to work with. At every step through this process we were comforted by the efficiency and professional and swift nature with which he and his staff met our needs. If I could give this firm 6 stars I would.

I hired Jake Ahler to represent me and I do not regret it one bit. He dealt with my pregnancy hormones like a champ and did exactly what it was I needed him to do: For a man who takes on so many cases, he will always make time for each of his clients! My wife and I hired Mr. Ahler for a full estate plan this year to assist in my business and family needs. We were blown away by how quickly and easily his office met our needs. Jacob has a wealth of knowledge in Estate planning and he made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. We cannot express our happiness enough! We highly recommend his office if you need estate planning done.

He help and made things easy for my divorce and spoke to me privately and also listened to me in my time of need. I will be using him again. Also staff is great!. One little thing i ask is that the girls say there name or who answers the phone. Just nice to know who im talking too not just, "Law office!" Lol. But honestly you guys are great and will be calling again.
