This is a review that was removed or edited after it was added… This was a personal experience with the attorney’s professionalism. While I have read each and every review I see that generally a person who has given a not so good review is often referred to as a “troll” and some derogatory remark is made… I have personally met Mr. Semko only once as opposing counsel. It is only fair to allow everyone to submit a review regarding their interactions. I am reposting a review that was removed that my brother had posted earlier after giving his fair and truthful view of our experience. Absolute joke. This attorney is the opposing sides representative in a property dispute . An attempt was made to settle with out forcing a trial. Mr Semko is the one who suggested we do a walk through. Our attorney set up a time with Mr Semko to do a walk through of the property . He sent his construction guy but didn't think to send a key to enter said property If that's the focus you get when trying to settle with him then I feel for anyone who is actually paying him. After a 2 hour car ride to walk through the property we find out oops no keys . Time is money. This is a waste of my time on Mr Semkos part so following the logic his services are a waste of money . Very down to earth and friendly staff, Jeff has been my attorney for the past 4-5 years and builds a relationship with you and your case not treating you just as a, "client" but as a person who is need of help. Very genuine and would recommend.
