The did a great job just people lied and one lost their job so couldn't be there to fight it.

Thought would be more helpful especially finding help from agencies after the "CRAZY PANDEMIC"!!!!! Will keep praying!

Understaffed and in transition because several law professors have died. Limited to tenant eviction cases at this time. This is a world class law school.

The Notre Dame Law Clinic's approach to legal aid, particularly in cases involving non-paying tenants, is concerning. By instructing tenants in protracted legal tactics aimed at exploiting property owners and prolonging court proceedings through the exploitation of legal loopholes, the clinic may inadvertently be fostering unethical behavior. This practice not only undermines the principles of justice and fairness but also fails to adequately protect the rights of tenants. Instead of fostering a balanced understanding of the law, it appears that the clinic's actions may be creating a culture that encourages tenants to evade their financial responsibilities at the expense of property owners. Such actions do not align with the ethical standards expected in legal education and practice. It is imperative that legal clinics prioritize ethical conduct and uphold the integrity of the legal profession, rather than engaging in tactics that perpetuate financial losses for property owners and disregard the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

It's hard to find the words to express my gratitude for this Clinic & how incredibly important the work they provide to our community is. After being denied assistance from private attorneys because they don't represent tenants, ND legal aid literally helped to preserve the lively hood of me and my children's housing. If there's a team that is capable to change the disparity & injustice that sadly happens all too often, this is the one. I am forever grateful to this clinic for taking a stand in the name of justice & taking on my unusual case. David & Alexa are true angels. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
