Fired them because the only time they were “available “ was to get me to sign their contract. After that- always was dumped into a voicemail with no callbacks. I did ALL of the paperwork myself, and spent months working directly with social security to get all of the documents and doctors. Months later when the claim was accepted (after an initial denial) I get a call from them. Sure enough- 1/3 of my pay went to them. When I asked them for my money, I was told to file a complaint with social security- too bad. They even admitted that they were fired - but proceeded to lie and say I fired them in June after my claim was accepted. Hmmmm, then why I was still submitting my appeal in October?? Key word “I” was still submitting my appeal. STAY AWAY! Absolute crooks.

I just had a call with Kaytlin and she is very professional. She even listened to my complaints about my illness. Thanks for being understanding. She took her time and we got through the call with no issues.
