So far so good very courteous and professional staff My case has just been initiated but I can say they have great customer service Intake : Morgan very knowledgeable and patient made me confident I was in good hands Kinsey : extremely kind and patient Britney : my case manager is extremely kind and patient always willing to go the extra yard My anxiety disorder makes me talk much They have literally given me 2 hours of their time almost every time I call them They understand is part of my anxiety disorder In reality they’re better than my therapist I just feel bad that every time I call ; I do the same ; I will talk to them forever But the individuals I mentioned are very well trained They make my day every time I call them , because in a world where it feels that no one cares ; it’s refreshing to see that they understand customer service taken to another level I was a CEO for 20 years ; I take customer service extremely serious Let me not forget MS Smith who processed the application I will further update my review as progress is made But from what I have experienced thus far is a very elevated sense of customer service J Thank you always making my day in a world that seems as no one cares I want to add Breanna to the list of caring compassionate customer service They all seemed to be cut by the same pattern I’m waiting my decision; I’m desespérate as money is running out and my condition is not allow g me to work But this firm is up to date ; they use technology to expedite the process to the best of their abilities They are all very patient and well trained I will continue to update this review as we move forward God willing I look forward in sharing the good news when I’m approved This firm is top of the line when navigating you through the system Thumbs up 👍 Delwin Selva Keeping it real all the time

I really love how nice everyone has been as well as extremely professional and fast acting. I have enjoyed talking to my case manager Terah Pine, she was very professional and patient with me. I highly recommend this firm and their employees.

The main thing I am frustrated about is that I did not know that SSI and disability are different. No one explain they would demerit us for having some old junk they considered assets. Or why one took presendence for us getting

I called & spoke to the secretary & I was told I would receive a phone call. The lawyer never contacted me & sent a letter stating they could not take my case. In my opinion, that is not professional.
