Went above and beyond

They work on a conditional basis for disability, but so does everyone else. They didn't walk me thru anything process related, but asked for me to provide everything from a brief summary to phone numbers of doctors and appointment dates, etc. They failed to use this information however and I for the most part had to do all of the legwork. This is all while dealing with my disability and its devastating mental effects. Had I known I was going to do all the work, I'd have done it all my damn self. Surprise surprise once I was eventually approved via third appeal in front of a magistrate, the first six months once approved doesn't count! I have a bad taste in my mouth through and through, and am actually glad I didn't receive back pay so that they didn't get anything either. The peace of mind they're supposed to provide is a farce.
