Can't give a no star rating. They are the most unresponsive firm I have ever worked with. I have left at least 5 voice messages and different texts to my case worker and also tried reaching them through their portal, no response. It has been over a month and I am not sure if they have done anything yet on my claim.
Update
After finally speaking with an individual they sorted out my concerns. Issue is that I wish communications was timely from the start. They quickly resolved so upgrade to 4 stars.
